The Kinema in the Woods is more than a cinema, it’s more like a fairy tale. Another personal favourite of ours, not only do you get to see the latest blockbuster films, you also get to experience how cinemas used to be during the early 1900's, The Kinema In The Woods has been showing films continuously since 1922! A short drive from Tattershall Lakes, definitely one for the 'things to do near Tattershall' list!

The Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) exists to commemorate the past of the RAF's Air Combat Power. The aircraft are regularly seen flying over Tattershall Lakes and at events commemorating World War II. A unique partnership between the Royal Air Force and Lincolnshire County Council offers a gateway to the home of the BBMF at RAF Coningsby. You will be able to see the Flight’s historic aircraft at close quarters and to observe the BBMF technicians working to maintain them in airworthy condition.

Tattershall Karting Centre Tucked away in beautiful woodlands in rural Lincolnshire the setting couldn’t be better, boasting a massive track with customisable layouts its one of the best places to go Karting in Lincolnshire.

 Jubilee Park is located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Woodhall Spa village. A beautiful outdoor heated lido which is very competitively priced. Woodhall Spa is only a 10 minute drive from Tattershall Lakes itself.

Jubilee Park (again), not only does it have swimming pools but there's loads to see and do here! It comprises of 10 glorious acres of picturesque, ornamental gardens and bandstand, children’s play area, sensory garden, bowling green, croquet lawns, cricket pitch, tennis club, putting green, outdoor table tennis, a café and a fitness suite!  Woodhall Spa is only a 10 minute drive from Tattershall Lakes itself.

Escape Lincoln is Lincoln's premier escape rooms. Fancy being locked in a mysterious room with 60 minutes to get out? Come see if you have what it takes to escape. Lincoln is around 35 minutes drive from Tattershall Lakes.

Axed Global Lincoln is co-located with Escape Lincoln (Vulcan Park). Trendy industrial themed décor, a fully stocked bar with craft beers, cocktails, soft drinks and coffee is right in the middle of the warehouse. Light snacks like popcorn is available to keep the munchies away too. Around a 35 minute drive from Tattershall Lakes.

Crazee Bongos is a giant indoor soft play centre located in Sleaford, which is a short drive from Tattershall. Our children absolutely love it here (great way to tire them out too!). As you can imagine this indoor play centre is family friendly and around 15 minutes in a car from Tattershall Lakes.

Jump Inc Lincoln is an indoor trampoline and inflatables park, we haven't visited here ourselves yet but its definitely one we will try soon. A family friendly favourite, roughly 35 minutes from Tattershall Lakes.

Skegness Aquarium is absolutely FANTASTIC! (Book online in advance and you'll get a discount too). We love visiting here as a family, the new dinosaur display was a big hit with out dino mad boys! Highly recommend, a family friendly favourite and a must to visit if you're planning a trip to Skegness. Skegness is around 40 minutes from Tattershall Lakes but can take longer during the summer due to heavy traffic!
